Serious question I'm interested why so many are leaving.

To beat the rush. The way management has run the place there might not be much of a company left.

NJA is still a pretty good job, but not as much fun as it was, so I am looking for a good corporate gig. The vituperative union stuff depresses me as well, and NJA management is rather inept in some ways. Too many lawyers and accountants. Maybe I am better off elsewhere. Then I won't be hated by the Diesels of the world.

I do think you're un informed, and your pre conceived notions about the union make you think that your right.

Especially since you think being a scab is an option and even think thoughts about being one.

Honestly if you go to a corporate job it will be the best thing for you and the union. One less spineless pilot willing to accept less so they can have "fun".
