No, usapap was, from day of inception, an attempt to overthrow the nic award, and for scumbags like marty and steven (Bfdg1) to steal seniority from the west pilots!

OOOOOOOHHHHHHHH how SCARY Marty!! The USAPA Scabs don't like the fact that their victims are punching back. Too Bad. More money in Sehams pockets stripped from a bunch of cry baby, no integrity fools.

Just like DOH and their sham "constitution" this B.S. lawsuit will die in court. I hope the idiotic members of that fake union are ready for their endless assessments...I hope they have deep pockets.

How about, "a bunch of dudes who were working for a failing loser airline using numbers to steal legally-awarded seniority from another group of pilots working for a carrier that bought theirs".

Word is lots of furloughs coming to AWA pilots. Parking many 737 in the fall. PHX market losing lots of cash. Hope I am wrong.

Good luck AWA pilots. You will need it. We would not be in this situation if age 65 did not happen. We were moving up 400 numbers a year and you could have used your DOH to fly our East Metal.

Got news for you. Most of the people here are working for failing carriers. You can have your opinion however only with ALPA does a pilot with 2005 hire datr go before a 1988 hire. That said since the merger ia off for now my interest is falling rapidly.
