Hello.

I am wondering if it is still possible for an applicant to stop by the office and visit the chief pilot, introduce one's self and drop off a resume. I know some time ago it was said that he would accept a walk-in visitor if you took the time to show up.

Just wondering if this information is still current. I'm a mainlander but would like to travel out to do this because I understand it is extremely competitive.

If so, how would one go about doing this?

If any Hawaiian pilots could answer my question I would appreciate it. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to provide details publicly.

Thanks!

You can visit the cp, however you still have to apply online and the window is closed unless you have your stuff in already.

I spoke to the SEA chiefs recently. They said the company has reviewed bases in HNL, SAN, and the Bay. None of these locations make sense at this time. Although the hotel costs are not ideal in the islands, the cost of deadheading crews inter island nixed that idea.
