I've been at ATI for five years now. Got one furlough notice which was rescinded before it happened. It's not that bad here.
 
Met a gal who is just upgrading to CA on the 8. She loves ATI.

That said, without PIC time, its tough to get hired anywhere.
 
ATI started hiring in mid to late 05 I believe. Do some searching and tell me how many times they have hired and how many times they furloughed. nuff said...

Im not trashing your company, I know there are some happy campers over there BUT I would NOT leave a paying job to go somewhere with that kind of record. Especially with the industry we have today. Not even mentioning the fact that your entering what 5yrs or so of negotiations (which has to be a record)

As of January 1st, 2010, the ATI and CCI hiring pools are going to get very crowded. All of the new swimmers will have a higher priority than the current.


We'll see how they are going to enforce that one... I bet interviews are going to get pretty tough..
