got the info. It includes the longevity fix, but the pay scale has been altered, nice.

Not just the pay. Bid cycle vs bid month. Vacation.

What I have heard is the company has threatened a 1113c in BK court if this TA is rejected. Personally, I think this is a concessionary contract with approximately 18% pay cuts across the board. It seems as though we caved on every provision.

I am voting no!!!!!!!!!!

I got a copy of it but I just can't believe it. I though we had a negotiating team but I guess I was wrong...

I think we deserve an explanation from our MEC on this piece of .... TA. I don't think the company has enough time to file a 1113 in BK court.

Anyone have the schedule for the socalled "ROADSHOW" from our MEC??
When i went through basic indoc, HA did mention that if he had his way he would change the pay scale, he didn't like the way it went($amount) up year after year. This was almost 2 years ago and I guess he got his way...

It would go his way only if we vote yes to it. The schedule is not out yet but I don't think there can be a good explanation to this. I rather loose my job than to agree to this kind of pay.

any thoughts on a strike vote, right along with the NO vote? I think the company does not understand the level of frustration...

Isn't the road show a waste of money ???

I'm sure everybody is going to VOTE NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NONO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NONO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NONO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NONO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO

It is pretty sad after 4 years of frozen pay. I thought the company would push for no longevity fix with the old scale, but I had no idea that a new pay scale would surface. Maybe smoke and mirrors, who knows.

Time will tell I guess....

When are you suppose to come out of BK? I thought it was just a 60 - 90 day thing. Something happen along the way? Those prepackaged BK's have some serious timelines or airplanes start disappearing, ie. back to the owners.

I only ask because of an implied threat of the 1113 court action.

4 year frozen pay is a pay cut. Inflation running 3-4% year equals about 13.2% pay cut in buying power.
