Just saw the new TA and it s@cks big time.
Looks like they were negotiating for a pay cut and not to lift the pay freeze.
They will get a big NO for my vote.
 
Any details you can provide? How does it compare to the previous pay levels? Sorry to hear that things are trending negative...
 
It will become the new pay scale only if we vote yes. If we vote yes to this TA then we deserve what we get.

I can't really give you the details yet because we still have to vote on it.
And cbeyw, you are right, we have to vote on it, but why would the MEC even agree with the new pay cut?
 
Apparently, Our MEC has been told by ALPA (national) to accept this offer. I believe that after a four year payfreeze we can do much better than that!
