It's not that he's a waiter, its that he tries to make it sound bigger by saying its a fine dining place. So what? He's good at sucking up to the rich people, hence he'd be a good corporate pilot? I'm sure he's a good guy, but come on, if you have to fluff your resume like that to get the "competitive edge"....
Isn't the whole point of a successful resume to make you stand out above the rest? I don't know this restaurant, if it's a fine dining place, so be it. In any case, it's irrelevant. What I see from his resume is that he's a hard worker, and it's a good quality. Also, I see that he's proud of his hard work. I also see that he's eager to advance in his career. Is there a problem with that?
