To get an interview, send a case of Coors Light to Human Resources at Frontier. Be sure to write your name in thick sharpie on the box. When they call you in, a keg of Coors delivered to the interview office will guarantee a position. You still need CMEL instrument airplane. Good luck!![]()
Before you all begin to follow this advice, please know that I sit next to the Supervisor for Compliance, which includes the supervision of our Drug/Alcohol Coordinator. Sending Coors light to me won't help, neither will cookies (I'm on a diet) or flowers from the male candidates. I schedule and facilitate the interviews. The Chief Pilot's office determines who will be called for interviews and the pilot group makes the hiring selections. Hang in there, all of you. The interviewing and hiring continues.
