Oh come on, I thought this was common knowledge!

To get an interview, send a case of Coors Light to Human Resources at Frontier. Be sure to write your name in thick sharpie on the box. When they call you in, a keg of Coors delivered to the interview office will guarantee a position. You still need CMEL instrument airplane. Good luck!;)

Before you all begin to follow this advice, please know that I sit next to the Supervisor for Compliance, which includes the supervision of our Drug/Alcohol Coordinator. Sending Coors light to me won't help, neither will cookies (I'm on a diet) or flowers from the male candidates. I schedule and facilitate the interviews. The Chief Pilot's office determines who will be called for interviews and the pilot group makes the hiring selections. Hang in there, all of you. The interviewing and hiring continues.

Yesssssssss!!!

I got the e-mail this morning. :D Thank you F9recruiter--you made my year. I'll see you next Monday.

To everyone waiting for the e-mail:
I can confirm that I haven't sent any beer, flowers, cookies or candygrams to F9 HQ--Just kept the faith. Hang in there folks, your time will come. Just keep at it!

Sweet!

Skibanditxx,

Congrats on getting the invite. Best of luck to you, hopefully someday I'll be getting that email too. Just out of curiousity, how long did you have your stuff in? Also, if you don't mind, what kind of time do you have? Feel free to PM me on this stuff (please).

Congrats man, and good luck Monday! Let us know how it goes. This is truly a world class organization and you're going to love your interview experience. Hopefully it'll culminate in a long, happy and successful career here as well. Be positive, smile and show them you really want to work here!

Hello F9 recruiter;

Congrats on the promotion. I will be in Denver evaluating and recruiting for the next JALways class from the 6th to the 17th. I would like to stop by Frontier's corporate headquarters and speak to someone about setting up a reciprocal jumpseat agreement with JALways. I have the headquarters address, do you have any idea who I might direct my inquiries to?

Thank you in advance for your efforts;

Helmsmen

p.s. Please feel free to PM me a response.

If anyone wants to hook a brother up and give a silver bullet, I'd appreciate it. F9 is at the top of my choices of places to work. I love the Denver area and would move there in a heartbeat. Thanks for the info. provided, keep it coming!

Thanks M3Pilot. I've been inspired by you and all of the others on this board. I'm looking forward to next Monday and beyond. Hope to meet you soon.

skibanditxx - I am so glad your patience paid off - congrats for the call. Just be yourself - easy to say hard to do - and things will work out.......

Enjoy the process - another hard thing when it comes to an interview but if you are relaxed you will ace it.

Good luck brotha.......

Right on, right on....

Helmsmen,

I am checking to verify that it is one of the Assistant Chief Pilots that you will need to meet with. I should have an answer the first part of the week.

Powda5,

I guess I should have not limited it to male candidates. I don't want any gifts, as it won't help secure an interview. All I want is for each candidate, once they get the call or the email invite, to come prepared and for them to be themselves, so that we can fill the open positions here.

skibanditxx,

good luck. I look forward to meeting you on the 13th.

Just curious if anyone has been interviewed this year with out a silver bullet? I dont have a SB but live in Denver, well soon to be Castle Rock, I have had my eye on F9 since July 04 and just curious when F9 will start to call more people with out SB's. Is there an update on how many more people will be hired for the year? Any insight will be appreciated. I saw the update on page 1 but how many of those vacancies have been filled?
