On low time pilots at regionals: Remember people, if you fly checks in a 210 for a year, then go to a Baron for one more you instantly make 40 an hour if u go to a regional. (not dissing that route at ALL, just saying) PS don't forget to refuse to fly a jet. Don't ever accept a 121 job with less than 5k pic!

Fair enough. We _all_ share responsibility in the current situation. And just as it seems like I might have missed the point of what you were trying to say, I was _not_ laying all the blame at the feet of mainline pilots.

The trash talking and general braggadocio crap that goes on over who gets what route and why never ceases to amaze me.
