I directly AVOID talking about the contract...

But regardless of what I may be talking about in an FBO, what do you think the first question asked when another corporate or other fractional pilot walks in? "How's the contract?" SO don't look at it like that is all we talk about, agreed some people are a bit obsessed with it but for the most part I don't see it even brought up until someone else asks.

"I've never met a NJ pilot on the road that didn't talk SOLELY about their contract woes. I kinda feel sorry for them. The morale there is as bad, if not worse, than Eagle. I wonder how much worse it will get this summer."- English

Honestly, Eagle was ten times worse..... thats why I left the frying pan for the fire. What a glutton for punishment I am!!

In defense of the NJA FBO-dwellers I've found that when you have a lousy CBA and are trying to improve it dramatically, it is the topic of conversation among your fellow pilots. I've been there before.

I will caution them not to get their hopes up when the next lousy TA comes down the pike--sure that no reasonable person could vote for that piece of $**t!. I've been there before, too and got the shock of my life.

Good luck.TC

I'd agree that morale towards the company is quite low. Morale and support for each other has never been higher.
