Fracional Holiday Policy?

Hey a question for those in the know...

What's the policy for handling Holidays worked by pilots at any of the fracs? What does Netjets do? Comp day to use elsewhere, extra pay?

NJA pays 1 1/2 of your daily rate as holiday pay on top of your regular pay.

Avantair used to authorize all working crew members to expense dinner on the company card with a $50 limit. I think it was Thanksgiving and Xmas that qualified.

I'm an FO at Netjets, in 4th year and I get an extra $562. for working a holiday, that's 1.5 times daily pay. A captain in 11th year get $1017.
