There are no circumstances, just the ones you have made up. Nothing more

I have made nothing up. The one that posted the "list" chose when and under which circumstances to present it (read: heavy union activity/unhappy union pilots). And why only to FO BJ crews? Does NJ fly the 400A too? What about other private operators? Why not include them in your "safety first" list of preflight things?
The more you resist, the more it becomes clear that the reason this list was posted was to rally the union pilots together to slow the operation. You know, stick it to evil management.
Typical.

No, not publically. You'd have to be part of the company to know what that means, so technically, no "names" dropped here....

Still a low blow. Even if it isn't a name, it is an identity, and about 400+ people have the means to figure out who it is. If you think it doesn't matter, then I invite you to post up with your name or four letter ID. If you won't do that, then you are just a chicken $h!t scumbag who is proving that it does matter.

I dare you to pull that list out in front of any POI

Wow, you consider it a low blow?

That's news to me.

The only thing I've never done is revealed private information and all the union mongers on this board think I don't answer questions, when in reality I've answered question after question supported by documention yet have been called every name imaginable.

As far as legality of the list, I'll state this one more time. I dare you to pull that list out in front of any POI while preflighting and see how far you get with using a non-standard, non-company, non FAA approved checklist.

I dare you to take off...

I dare you to take off in front of your POI with something on that list broken.

Your scare tactics are laughable.

Actually, I dare you to take off. You couldn't fly a week in our shoes.

Remember, he doesn't have to.

He'll suck an engine plug into the engine as soon as he tries to leave the blocks.

Just keep cranking, B19, er, I mean, Engine Plug Ed!

Good to see you're still around Ace. I do like your conclusion that perhaps B-19 is the notorious engine plug sucker! :D

Slow day at work...trolling the Fractional Forums, I see.

Though honestly, this is somewhat awkward, like running into someone you know at a dirty book store...you're faced with instant dilemma of acting normal or running away.
