Personal and Customer Service Mission Statement

I posses nine of what I consider the most important qualities of a First Officer and one day Captain: initiative, high motivation, outstanding organizational skills, self-starter, integrity and good communication skills, team work, caring, and ability to conduct a program to its fullest while keeping in mind safety being first. My easy going nature and ability to get along with people would certainly contribute to my ability as a crew member and function both as a friend and a mentor.
It's easy to talk about building customer loyalty. But actually providing the exceptional customer service experience that creates loyalty is another matter. To offer that customer experience requires employees who can respond quickly and personally to customer requests, whether it's for product information, a transaction history, or changes to a pending flight. My Philosophy and Challenge of Customer Service


A company that provides great customer service can gain a competitive edge. That's because study after study shows that customers today aren't happy with the way they're treated. That in recent years the difficulty faced by retailers and others in meeting customer expectations and handling growing customer volume has led to declines in customer satisfaction in a wide range of industries, from retail to healthcare to travel.
When customers show up in a somewhat sour mood due to rising energy prices and the feeling that their paycheck isn't going as far as it once did. Moreover, the customer dissatisfaction has wide implications. The U.S. economy is heavily dependent on increases in consumer spending. Such increases are hard to come by when consumers become less satisfied.
It doesn't help that customers today have more choices than ever before, whether it's seeking merchants on the Internet, demanding greater customization, or wanting answers to questions around the clock with time sensitive materials.


Clearly, offering superb customer service confers enormous benefits on a company. The right technology can create a pathway to great customer service by empowering employees to fully focus on the customer rather than spending their customer contact time looking up records or asking other employees for help. Pilot's 754 DO Speaking

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am Pilots 754 Director of Operations here in Moscow. He showed me all the posts in your forum. This made me very concerned, because I need my people to be in good spirit, will make my job much easier.
I can understand, some of you might be unhappy with your situation, work conditions and pay at the Regionals, some of you might be main line pilot, who suffered from all the cut backs in the post 9/11 era, and you all need a place to vent.
This is fine and good, but please respect each other, and don’t humiliate other people.
We are a very large U.S. corporation with outposts all around the globe, we also own a Regional Airline as part of our portfolio on the American Continent, and we have over 30 corporate aircraft in our corporate flight department, in Moscow alone we have Hawkers, CL-601-3R, G-200, G-450, G-550, Global Express, and a BBJ.
I met Pilot 754 on the Fly Away Bus going from VNY to LAX. We stayed in touch, and he told me over the course of one year about all his draw backs and misfortunes in his career.
I think Pilot 754 was only looking for help in your forum, but you met him with humiliation, I don’t consider this to be mature.
You might be asking yourselves, why I hired a pilot like this, obviously one without a perfect track record, here is why:
He knew who I was, and had yet the courage to tell me about his setbacks, to me this shows some serious courage, and the reason that he never gave up, is a bonus too.
I think, that people should help people, give chances, do good deeds, that will make you a better person.
Due to insurance reasons, I was unable to hire Pilot 754 earlier, but then this opportunity came up and I made him my project to train him personally, the insurance bought off on that. I put him on the Hawker fleet.
Pilot 754 will get at first training in accordance to FAR 61.55, after one year, when he is really comfortable on the aircraft, we will send him to FSI, which will be a walk in the park for him at this point.
The reason Pilot 754 has not flown yet, is that we have to finish up his ground school and Basic Indoc. We expect to be done with this by 11/8/07.
In my career as Fighter Pilot, Tactical Air Combat Instructor, later Corporate Pilot, Chief Pilot and now DO, I learned that you don’t get the best results from a trainee, when you put them under performance pressure, but let them shine, when you put them at ease and guide them trough the training, that’s how you will get the best results, don’t push, guide!
I hope to get Pilot 754 a start into a prosperous aviation career, and give him the opportunity to upgrade in time, when he is ready. For now, I feel to have won a good team member and trainable person, who will reward me with his loyalty. In a matter of fact, I can train a monkey how to fly, only a matter of bananas, but what I can not do, is train the monkey good attitude, and that is what Pilot 754 has!
Some of your posts were really immature, which makes me wonder about your manners and especially CRM skills!
Who knows how things will turn out in the future, maybe you will be knocking on my door one day, and I will give you the same chance as Pilot 754, but you have to be decent people and respect the person next to you.

As a professional pilot, it seems that you are quite lacking in the judgment required to fulfill your position. Obviously, you have not taken the time to perform a PRIA or a background check on your newest employee, who you come to an anonymous forum to defend. I may not be you boss, but I am smart enough to know that is your job to place only the safest and most qualified persons in the pilot seats.

Little do you know, Mr. Pilot754 has been spending his time showboating his failures all over the internet in an attempt to prove to others that he "can do it". All the while, he is getting a consistent reaction which he fully deserves for being pompous. He has attempted to rat out those who have called him out on his behavior, including an attempt at getting people fired. Along with that, he has threatened lawsuits to those that put him in his place. To me, that shows a lack of trustworthiness which in my mind is essential to being able to act as a cockpit crewmember.

As far as you are concerned, it shows a lack of character for one pilot to defend another pilot's flying which he has never once flown with. In fact, it is quite poor in judgment to do so. You may be able to train a monkey to fly and follow bananas, but not gain situational awareness and aeronautical decision making.

Face it, this guy is hopeless. He will add excessive risk to your position. Good luck with this one.

spellcheck your GD resume. It's fairly clear that english isn't your first language, but that's no excuse. You cannot posses anything...you posess it. What purpose has it served that you sat right seat and looked out the window in a turbine for 2 hours? I'd venture a guess that's more likely the time you spent in the CBT at PSA before they fired your @ss.

As for those of you that have gotten offended by us giving this clown sh!t....go to another thread that wont upset your delicate sensibilities, this guy deserves this and you know it!!!
