Aside from my technical qualifications, I have always prided myself in working well with my peers and paying attention to the most important people at a Corporate Flight department our customers.

With your upcoming new routes and aircraft acquisitions, I believe my flying experience, career dedication, and positive attitude would be a benefit to your airline. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you in the very near future.

Personal and Customer Service Mission Statement

I posses nine of what I consider the most important qualities of a First Officer and one day Captain: initiative, high motivation, outstanding organizational skills, self-starter, integrity and good communication skills, team work, caring, and ability to conduct a program to its fullest while keeping in mind safety being first. My easy going nature and ability to get along with people would certainly contribute to my ability as a crew member and function both as a friend and a mentor.
It's easy to talk about building customer loyalty. But actually providing the exceptional customer service experience that creates loyalty is another matter. To offer that customer experience requires employees who can respond quickly and personally to customer requests, whether it's for product information, a transaction history, or changes to a pending flight. Empowered, knowledgeable employees become a company's customer service champions, and your company is working to provide the technology that helps a company grow with on time performance!

My Philosophy and Challenge of Customer Service

A company that provides great customer service can gain a competitive edge. That's because study after study shows that customers today aren't happy with the way they're treated. That in recent years the difficulty faced by retailers and others in meeting customer expectations and handling growing customer volume has led to declines in customer satisfaction in a wide range of industries, from retail to healthcare to travel.
When customers show up in a somewhat sour mood due to rising energy prices and the feeling that their paycheck isn't going as far as it once did. Moreover, the customer dissatisfaction has wide implications. The U.S. economy is heavily dependent on increases in consumer spending. Such increases are hard to come by when consumers become less satisfied.
It doesn't help that customers today have more choices than ever before, whether it's seeking merchants on the Internet, demanding greater customization, or wanting answers to questions around the clock with time sensitive materials.

Clearly, offering superb customer service confers enormous benefits on a company. The right technology can create a pathway to great customer service by empowering employees to fully focus on the customer rather than spending their customer contact time looking up records or asking other employees for help. With information about a customer or a company's products at their fingertips, employees can put to work their experience and desire to succeed for any company that relies on satisfied customers. And satisfied customers become what a company really needs: loyal customers. I feel that I am ready to provide your company with excellence in this department. Cause with out them your company does not make profits!

What are my chances?

Thanks,

Pilot's 754 DO Speaking

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am Pilots 754 Director of Operations here in Moscow. He showed me all the posts in your forum. This made me very concerned, because I need my people to be in good spirit, will make my job much easier.
I can understand, some of you might be unhappy with your situation, work conditions and pay at the Regionals, some of you might be main line pilot, who suffered from all the cut backs in the post 9/11 era, and you all need a place to vent.
This is fine and good, but please respect each other, and don’t humiliate other people.
We are a very large U.S. corporation with outposts all around the globe, we also own a Regional Airline as part of our portfolio on the American Continent, and we have over 30 corporate aircraft in our corporate flight department, in Moscow alone we have Hawkers, CL-601-3R, G-200, G-450, G-550, Global Express, and a BBJ.
I met Pilot 754 on the Fly Away Bus going from VNY to LAX. We stayed in touch, and he told me over the course of one year about all his draw backs and misfortunes in his career.
I think Pilot 754 was only looking for help in your forum, but you met him with humiliation, I don’t consider this to be mature.
You might be asking yourselves, why I hired a pilot like this, obviously one without a perfect track record, here is why:
He knew who I was, and had yet the courage to tell me about his setbacks, to me this shows some serious courage, and the reason that he never gave up, is a bonus too.
I think, that people should help people, give chances, do good deeds, that will make you a better person.
Due to insurance reasons, I was unable to hire Pilot 754 earlier, but then this opportunity came up and I made him my project to train him personally, the insurance bought off on that. I put him on the Hawker fleet.
Pilot 754 will get at first training in accordance to FAR 61.55, after one year, when he is really comfortable on the aircraft, we will send him to FSI, which will be a walk in the park for him at this point.
The reason Pilot 754 has not flown yet, is that we have to finish up his ground school and Basic Indoc. We expect to be done with this by 11/8/07.
In my career as Fighter Pilot, Tactical Air Combat Instructor, later Corporate Pilot, Chief Pilot and now DO, I learned that you don’t get the best results from a trainee, when you put them under performance pressure, but let them shine, when you put them at ease and guide them trough the training, that’s how you will get the best results, don’t push, guide!
I hope to get Pilot 754 a start into a prosperous aviation career, and give him the opportunity to upgrade in time, when he is ready. For now, I feel to have won a good team member and trainable person, who will reward me with his loyalty. In a matter of fact, I can train a monkey how to fly, only a matter of bananas, but what I can not do, is train the monkey good attitude, and that is what Pilot 754 has!
Some of your posts were really immature, which makes me wonder about your manners and especially CRM skills!
Who knows how things will turn out in the future, maybe you will be knocking on my door one day, and I will give you the same chance as Pilot 754, but you have to be decent people and respect the person next to you.
Please, treat other people, the same way you expect to be treated.
Best of luck to all of you.
Clear skies and as always safe landings.

WOW JUST WOW!!! You are truely off your rocker!!! This without a doubt has to be the best post I have read on this board to date...Pilot754 you belong in a straight jacket and padded room not a flight deck...

You feel better now. How is it fun to put someone down over and over and over again. Please everyone STOP

LMAO!!!!!!! Pilot754, you're too much! Don't even think for a second any of us bought your crock of BS in that post. That was 100% you, and 0% any Director of Operations. GMAFB!

Seriously dude... you got your boss to write a letter to people on a forum...

I think even Lance Armstrong would pass on your donated testicles

It's like watching a trainwreck or a Nascar race...you "want" to look away but you just can't. I pray to Jebus that this nutcase dies without taking anyone along with him. At the best he is the best flamebaiter FI has ever seen. At worst...omg...the only thing that even comes close is 2girls1cup. Add the www and the .com and you will see an approximation of what it must be like to live as pilot754.

You nailed it down. I try not to click on this jerkoffs thread but I have to see what he's put next.

By the Dillhole754, the "letter" from your DO is priceless. I wish my sig line would hold the entire thing.

Mr. DO,

As a professional pilot, it seems that you are quite lacking in the judgment required to fulfill your position. Obviously, you have not taken the time to perform a PRIA or a background check on your newest employee, who you come to an anonymous forum to defend. I may not be you boss, but I am smart enough to know that is your job to place only the safest and most qualified persons in the pilot seats.

Little do you know, Mr. Pilot754 has been spending his time showboating his failures all over the internet in an attempt to prove to others that he "can do it". All the while, he is getting a consistent reaction which he fully deserves for being pompous. He has attempted to rat out those who have called him out on his behavior, including an attempt at getting people fired. Along with that, he has threatened lawsuits to those that put him in his place. To me, that shows a lack of trustworthiness which in my mind is essential to being able to act as a cockpit crewmember.

As far as you are concerned, it shows a lack of character for one pilot to defend another pilot's flying which he has never once flown with. In fact, it is quite poor in judgment to do so. You may be able to train a monkey to fly and follow bananas, but not gain situational awareness and aeronautical decision making.

Face it, this guy is hopeless. He will add excessive risk to your position. Good luck with this one.

Dumbo754,

I can't believe you are pathetic enough to tattle to your DO about this thread, which YOU started.

Dumbo's DO: please let us know if letting this idiot "shine" has a positive effect and or helps him pull his head out of his @ss...or if you wind up with horrendous insurance rates over whatever stunt he'll likely pull at some point......but....you're really out of line lecturing us about what we can and cannot say on this PUBLIC board. Dumbo has brought this ridicule upon himself. Aviation is a small world, and it's because nobody tolerates dangerous fools like this guy that it stays as safe as it does. You have no right to lecture us because he whines to you that people don't like him. Have either of you ever stopped to think that HE may be the problem here?

Dumbo,

spellcheck your GD resume. It's fairly clear that english isn't your first language, but that's no excuse. You cannot posses anything...you posess it. What purpose has it served that you sat right seat and looked out the window in a turbine for 2 hours? I'd venture a guess that's more likely the time you spent in the CBT at PSA before they fired your @ss.

As for those of you that have gotten offended by us giving this clown sh!t....go to another thread that wont upset your delicate sensibilities, this guy deserves this and you know it!!!

Hello,
My bet is after the US justice dept see the flicks of the obviously underage kids this perv is courting overseas, they will have a welcoming committee for him at his next port of entry into the US. I hear there may be a UPS pilot in prison who needs a pilot roomate,'cept you will have to be the biatch, since he likes boy taters. Those 747 size ears will give him a good set of reigns, while tamping his fudge!
BAAAHAAA

Pic?

Is that avatar actually your pic? Nice...... Where the heck is the banjo? You got any hound dogs living under the porch?

Instructordude is actually making fun of you. Not good. Best defend your rep.....

"Don't tase me, bro!"

JMONEY,
That is not me that is Mr. Pilot754 himself taken right from his post on jetcareers...

Dear DO,

First my BULL@#$% detector is going off, are you even real? BUT on the outside chance that you are real, my response to you is this...

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! I would expect that someone in your position time to be far more valuable then to come on here and defend a new employee...Maybe I am wrong, but I would venture a guess that keeping up with a 30 aircraft fleet that travels the globe would take up the majority of your time...

Great you hold his hand and play patty cake through training so he succeeds!!! Just promise me you keep him flying in Siberia were he is not likely to hit anything when he makes a smoking hole!!! You sir are absolutely right you should nurse feed him along because he is fragile and can't perform well under extreme situations...It is not like flying in the Ural Mountains during a blizzard with a engine on fire while shooting an NDB APR is extreme!!!

I wonder what your CEO, Board Of Directors and Share holders would think about you using the companies multi million dollar investments for your PET PROJECTS?!?! Not to mention your insurance company...

On behalf of the entire Flightinfo community I wish to congratulate you on your selection of Pilot754 "WELL DONE"

PS...I really think that was Dumbo754 responding, but hey I am on reserve and couldn't resist a good rant!!!

BS meter pegged

There's no way this "DO" is for real. A real DO would read this thread and do a real background check. That would speak for itself.

What do you think the over/under on checkride failures for Pilot754 is from private pilot to CFI?

Bet...

Dude, we all know the answer to that one.....
This guy is such a freakshow he probably had to take the durn driver's license test about 10 times!

I truly love this guy, though! I haven't seen such fun on this board is a while. The really amazing part is how many times he keeps getting his gnards kicked in and coming back for more.....

Makes you wish all expectant mothers would lay off the crack rock, don't it?

LMFAO!!!! This $hit is so hilarious my side is busting... somebody pass me some supplemental oxygen! Best thread EVER!

Are you for real bro? I am not even going to read page 5 and 6. I just gotta ask you.. Are u for freakn' real ?

U know my family lives in (western) europe, so when you fly over the netherlands, sweden and the UK I am begging you to please have the PIC fly the airplane.

This is to much man. Only in America people like you will get a commercial. I should be sending a link to this forum to the feds in Oklahoma. they dont take to kind of people flying around, in N-registered, airplanes who are genuinely retarded.

Can we please move to a more European like system where they actually send people to a shrink first before they allow them to start (commercial) pilot training?

Not to mention that flying in Europe is way different then back Stateside. Bro, if u cant even pass a freaking 135 EMB120 SIC checkride, you are going to have a hard freaking time flying thru europe's congested airspace. I am having a hard time believing this. Are you for real? did you pay for that job?

U flown into Amsterdam, Frankfurt or London recently? I have. U explain a CDA approach to me? explain QDM/QDR to me? when you get ur computer generated ATIS in western Europe, you even know how to convert meters to read ur RVR? How you holding up on ur hector pascals, QNH, QDF? u keeping up on reading back the correct frequencies? 127.135 etc, oh wait a minute, u cant even pass a 135 SIC checkride. You are a joke, I am not believing ur crap. I am in Moscow for a 3 day overnight next week and would love to meet up with ya. Send me a PM so we can meet. No worries, I am smart enough to get paid in Euros these days instead of USD while being employed in Western Europe. So I will pay for our first 3 rounds of beers. I am flying part-time corporate out of western europe for 2 months and got plenty of Moscow overnights.

Are you using your or someone else's pictures? this is borderline sick bro. Great rep for American pilots overseas I tell ya that much.

I am getting to the point where it is fine with me you working for gojets instead of working over there and making them think even less of American pilots. On the other hand. Stay there. I got my wife and me living stateside and dont want her to get hurt.

final questions, I double dare you to answer those questions without cheating... (wishful thinking I know)

Are flight levels in Russia in meters or feet ? HP or millibars ?

How do you arrange slot times flying in and out of Russia ?

Being a US citizen or EU citizen what type of visa are you flying on being based in Russia?

Who is Eurocontrol ?

Now, be a big guy and answer these pretty damn simple questions (simple if you are in fact based in russia) to me w/o cheating... U know what, if you feel like cheating knock urself out. But you will be looking at yourself in the mirror next day thinking; "I didnt know sh*t. this s*cks."

Regards,
A European pilot.

Screw this sh*t. I am having another Heineken. Cheers!

Oh man...I had forgotten about this thread! Pilot754 you are too much man...as was said before, you are either A) The greatest flamebaiter any forum has ever seen or B) the worst example of a "professional" pilot the world has ever seen....

I feel sorry for anyone who is on your plane and anyone that may be on the ground just before you make a smokin' hole...

Sh*t man. I thought id never say this... But I even feel for the french when ur flying over there airspace as well !! go figure!!!

One more thing. on jetcareers.com you said;

"No need for an FAA certificate conversions. All the aircraft are (N) registered. The company has a Russian AOC (Aircraft Operating Certificate) on base of US AOC under title Part 83 I think of ICAO convention. We operate under US Part 91, 135 and in Europe/Asia under JAR OPS 1. Company is on the same level as NJI but better in my view. Training will be on the aircraft itself."

You even read JAR/OPS 1 recently ??????

You are so full of sh*t !!! you really think FAA regulations part 135/121 apply if you are BASED outside of the States? only part 91 applies, when flying N registered planes being based abroad. If you are flying charter or airline, (135/121) based outside of the US LOCAL rules apply and thus you will need a Russian license and fly Russian registered airplanes.

I am flying corporate on N reg airplanes right now out of Western Europe. Part 91 applies as it is ILLEGAL to fly charter/airline 135/121 on N reg airplanes based out of foreign countries. You heard of "cabotage" ? I suggest you google it.

Pilot754...

Pilot 754-where did you go?

-Durn it, dog.... Where the heck did you go? You have to keep coming back!

I have not been so enlightened in a very long time. We are very much enjoying your noble display of determination in confronting and surmounting obstacle after obstacle.

Your story serves as motivation to pilots everywhere who face similar challenges. I really think you should write a book.

Please return and grace us with your experiences. We all feel that you are unique. I think everyone here has learned from your steadfast determination and dedication to customer service.

-Just think of what great lessons could be learned by sharing with us more your profound accomplishments....

Pilot754 -

My apologies if I was a little to hard on you. It's amazing what a long day and a good bottle of Scotch do with you.

Anyway, way put yourself out there like that dude? not that I really care, it makes for better entertainment then watching TV, but why would you do that man?

Oh I KNOW he paid for his training there now. You keep the money there Mr. DO. BTW he did the same thing at a regional here and sent transcipts of FI.com to the company president or something stupid like that.

For the record anyone who has met pilot754 face to face, and plenty here have, will most likely have heard this come from his mouth:

"Could you help me pass the tests?"
"I really thought people would be more professional."
"It took me 7 tries to pass my CFI and it's all their fault."
"It took me 17 interviews to get the call for a regional."
"I'm an Eagle Scout." "I'm an Eagle Scout." "I'm an Eagle Scout."
"I was a narc all through high school."
"Cathay Pacific wants me."
"You better watch it, I may be your Chief Pilot one day."
"I can't learn that way so what are my options?"

He'd argue with a fence post about anything under the sun. He doesn't listen and constantly interrupts. He gets way too close to people's faces and spits when he talks. Have I mentioned he doesn't listen? Especially when folks are trying to help and give him advice.
