How you holding up on ur hector pascals, QNH, QDF? u keeping up on reading back the correct frequencies? 127.135 etc, oh wait a minute, u cant even pass a 135 SIC checkride. You are a joke, I am not believing ur crap. I am in Moscow for a 3 day overnight next week and would love to meet up with ya. Send me a PM so we can meet. No worries, I am smart enough to get paid in Euros these days instead of USD while being employed in Western Europe. So I will pay for our first 3 rounds of beers. I am Pilots 754 Director of Operations here in Moscow. He showed me all the posts in your forum. This made me very concerned, because I need my people to be in good spirit, will make my job much easier.
I can understand, some of you might be unhappy with your situation, work conditions and pay at the Regionals, some of you might be main line pilot, who suffered from all the cut backs in the post 9/11 era, and you all need a place to vent.
This is fine and good, but please respect each other, and don’t humiliate other people.
We are a very large U.S. corporation with outposts all around the globe, we also own a Regional Airline as part of our portfolio on the American Continent, and we have over 30 corporate aircraft in our corporate flight department, in Moscow alone we have Hawkers, CL-601-3R, G-200, G-450, G-550, Global Express, and a BBJ.
I met Pilot 754 on the Fly Away Bus going from VNY to LAX. We stayed in touch, and he told me over the course of one year about all his draw backs and misfortunes in his career.
I think Pilot 754 was only looking for help in your forum, but you met him with humiliation, I don’t consider this to be mature.
You might be asking yourselves, why I hired a pilot like this, obviously one without a perfect track record, here is why:
He knew who I was, and had yet the courage to tell me about his setbacks, to me this shows some serious courage, and the reason that he never gave up, is a bonus too.
I think, that people should help people, give chances, do good deeds, that will make you a better person.
Due to insurance reasons, I was unable to hire Pilot 754 earlier, but then this opportunity came up and I made him my project to train him personally, the insurance bought off on that. I put him on the Hawker fleet.
Pilot 754 will get at first training in accordance to FAR 61.55, after one year, when he is really comfortable on the aircraft, we will send him to FSI, which will be a walk in the park for him at this point.
The reason Pilot 754 has not flown yet, is that we have to finish up his ground school and Basic Indoc. We expect to be done with this by 11/8/07.
In my career as Fighter Pilot, Tactical Air Combat Instructor, later Corporate Pilot, Chief Pilot and now DO, I learned that you don’t get the best results from a trainee, when you put them under performance pressure, but let them shine, when you put them at ease and guide them trough the training, that’s how you will get the best results, don’t push, guide!
I hope to get Pilot 754 a start into a prosperous aviation career, and give him the opportunity to upgrade in time, when he is ready. For now, I feel to have won a good team member and trainable person, who will reward me with his loyalty. In a matter of fact, I can train a monkey how to fly, only a matter of bananas, but what I can not do, is train the monkey good attitude, and that is what Pilot 754 has!
Some of your posts were really immature, which makes me wonder about your manners and especially CRM skills!
Who knows how things will turn out in the future, maybe you will be knocking on my door one day, and I will give you the same chance as Pilot 754, but you have to be decent people and respect the person next to you.
Please, treat other people, the same way you expect to be treated.

You are so full of sh*t !!! you really think FAA regulations part 135/121 apply if you are BASED outside of the States? only part 91 applies, when flying N registered planes being based abroad. If you are flying charter or airline, (135/121) based outside of the US LOCAL rules apply and thus you will need a Russian license and fly Russian registered airplanes.

I am flying corporate on N reg airplanes right now out of Western Europe. Part 91 applies as it is ILLEGAL to fly charter/airline 135/121 on N reg airplanes based out of foreign countries. You heard of "cabotage" ? I suggest you google it.

Oh I KNOW he paid for his training there now. You keep the money there Mr. DO. BTW he did the same thing at a regional here and sent transcipts of FI.com to the company president or something stupid like that.

For the record anyone who has met pilot754 face to face, and plenty here have, will most likely have heard this come from his mouth:

He'd argue with a fence post about anything under the sun. He doesn't listen and constantly interrupts. He gets way too close to people's faces and spits when he talks. Have I mentioned he doesn't listen? Especially when folks are trying to help and give him advice.
