JMONEY,
That is not me that is Mr. Pilot754 himself taken right from his post on jetcareers...
Dear DO,
First my BULL@#$% detector is going off, are you even real? BUT on the outside chance that you are real, my response to you is this...
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! I would expect that someone in your position time to be far more valuable then to come on here and defend a new employee...Maybe I am wrong, but I would venture a guess that keeping up with a 30 aircraft fleet that travels the globe would take up the majority of your time...
Great you hold his hand and play patty cake through training so he succeeds!!! Just promise me you keep him flying in Siberia were he is not likely to hit anything when he makes a smoking hole!!! You sir are absolutely right you should nurse feed him along because he is fragile and can't perform well under extreme situations...It is not like flying in the Ural Mountains during a blizzard with a engine on fire while shooting an NDB APR is extreme!!!
I wonder what your CEO, Board Of Directors and Share holders would think about you using the companies multi million dollar investments for your PET PROJECTS?!?! Not to mention your insurance company...
On behalf of the entire Flightinfo community I wish to congratulate you on your selection of Pilot754 "WELL DONE"
PS...I really think that was Dumbo754 responding, but hey I am on reserve and couldn't resist a good rant!!!
