Skanza, I have a hard time believing that you're not FLOPs management or up their azz. You state that you don't express hate towards management just because they're management. I only express hate towards FLOPs management (Michael Sheeringa, Baboo Sanja, and Bob Tyler) because they are scum and and the lowest form of life. If you support or defend them then you are scum too.

Thanks for hating me too. You are more than welcome to hate mgmt for your own reasons, just don't belittle my reason for not hating them. I just don't happen to agree with the union's anti-management mentality that's based soley on the fact that they're management, the must be against us.

Why would you do this to your own company? Find another place to work if its that bad and don't ruin it for those who like working for the company. Now, I may sound like a "Company Man sipping the KoolAide" but this is my career and value it. I don't want it spoiled by a few bad apples.
