Absolutely! There's no reason to put up with rudeness and constant interruptions from a person you weren't even speaking to. Behavior like that usually indicates a hidden agenda and/or a warped personality.

THE IGNORE FUNCTION IS GREAT FOR GIVING RUDE OBNOXIOUS POSTERS THE BOOT

This ignore feature is a beautiful thing. I encourage all to at least try it. It is liberation from the constant abject nonsense and stupidity!
I am "on board". At least NJ could afford to pay someone of FamilyGuy's caliber. FLOPS is really going low rent with B19.

Yeah, and remember that the FUD on the board got the deepest when the NJ pilots were making good progress at the bargaining table. None of this is surprising. By this point in FltOps negotiations they're probably working on the final big issues--scheduling and pay. Fud and Harassment (sitting on management's side) are pulling out all the stops now as they trot out their usual tricks. This is the darkest before the dawn phase. NJ folks saw the same thing: doom and gloom communication from upper management that never came to pass; a few Chicken Little's in the group claiming the sky is falling but of course it didn't; and FUD so deep on this board that you needed a row boat to get to the good posts... Hang in there Ops pilots! This roller coaster called contract negotiations might be getting bumpy but there's light at the end of the tunnel. :) Best Wishes! NJW

Just look at the websites for NJ, CS, Flexjets, etc.. Look at all that information posted about how great the pilots are. Thats what people want to be reassured about. That is what is being sold in this industry. Not the airplanes.Funny that you chose to include two companies that do not have unions.

Bob,

The reason that the NJ, CS and Flexjet pilots are all happy is because their management teams have realized that their pilots are priceless assets to their companies thus respecting and paying them the industry standard wage that we all deserve!

The Union did not prevent you and your management team at Flops from giving the Flops pilots the raises you promised!

Full Of Hot Air

Our management is full of hot air and them selves. They could have stepped up at any time approached the union about extending a raise as long as there were no strings attached to bargaining. Our Union would never have turned it down as long as management did not put pre conditions on it.

Managements constant whining about how they want or wanted to give us a raise but the big bad nasty union wouldn't let them is a huge bunch of crap. At no time would the union have ever prevented our pilots from more money if it were offered.

Shack! You nailed it, Silver! Had they been serious about improvements, that attitude would have shown up at the bargaining table long ago. The FLOPS would have readily agreed to an ambitious negotiating schedule instead of dragging it out as long as possible. It's time to put the money where their mouth is! Obviously, wielding the stick has backfired. They've been beating down the company trying to break the will of the pilotgroup, but the call for professional compensation in line with the industry standard is growing louder, not weaker.

IT'S TIME TO PUT DOWN THE STICK AND BRING OUT THE CARROTS! NO MORE LIES!
MANAGERS GUILTY OF FALSE PROMISES SHOULD GET THE BOOT.
