Until you have everyone on the same sheet of music you will be doomed to a long drawn out process. In other words many in your company will need to be educated on their "individual" responsibilities to expedite the process of obtaining your first CBA.

I don't know what your specific issues are at FLOPS so I can't comment on what you need to fix those. What I can comment on is that I saw a very senior flops captain berate an fo about Unionization. You will need to approach these folks and get them ONBOARD.

Like one poster stated, "the heavy lifting has been done". Think of it as the clean and jerk. You just got the barbell up to your knees or chest. You still need the extra push to get it over your head.

Ghostrider is right on target. Talk to everyone you fly with. Have the website on hand for the folks that don't have it. Have important numbers readily available. You'll be surprised how many are just waiting to be led to the watering hole.

Communication is the key. That can't be overstated.
