As you noted, the FUD always gets deep around here during contract negotiations or even if pilots just start talking about organizing their collective efforts to improve pay and work rules....

And I can certainly say this. Your attitude is what got you guys into the position you are in. Blame management all you want, but in the end it's the non-pilot workers that are there to keep you safe every day. Without their support, airplanes DO NOT fly.

you have no idea whatsoever as to what the nonpilot employees of FLOPS feels about management. NONE! only an IDIOT would speculate as you do.

there have been many dispatchers and mechanics that have supported the pilots. you have no idea of the atmosphere of hostility that management has set. there would certainly be more that are vocal if they weren't under such watchful eyes. guess what, dispatchers have been fired for supporting pilots that follow regs and SOP's/

So true, Diesel. A recent video clip comes to mind. When that NJA plane experienced malfunctions in the air there were only two workers in the cockpit who made an impressive emergency landing. Was it last year?...When every NJA worker applauded the two pilots who safely landed the plane after it was torn up in the glider collision.

My God are you thick! The IBT has not supported us in years. They have done absolutely nothing for us! NOTHING! I will say it again so maybe, just maybe 3 pages from now you won't repeat the same b.s. (FUD). IBT does nothing for the NJA pilots. They have not done anything worth our money since I came hear 6 years ago. We are sending them BIG (ribbit) money now, I expect a return on my cash. We have not seen anything, and for that kind of cash we should have Jimmy on speed dial at his house and the full resources of the IBB. It is a bad business relationship. Time for us to separate and go it alone.
