I think the suggestion of offering incentives in turn for effieciency is great.
I will argue about the nja/flex point he tried to make though. If I had a gazillion bucks you bet your hiney I'd be flying a Lear or a Challenger, not some excel, hawker, citation or p180. In my opinion flex in general has always catered to a slightly high class of the upper crust because they are the only ones offering truly superior aircraft across the board. I think renegging on that by keeping planes too long will only shoot them in the foot so I hope Dooker's earlier post was wrong. My husband has talked to owners who admit they fly with Flex because it makes them feel superior to their other flying friends. I think that says a lot and just like boys will always compare theirs I think the rich play the game even better so I say if flex can continue the status advantage it's in their best interest.
