And it looks like he may get it sooner than later. Good catch gret, I thought you were making that article up. In groundbreaking news Ricci calling for single carrier ruling in effort to eliminate 1108. Wow what a surprise...........not

BTW, you VP of the union (not sure he correct title) just accosted one if our 300 FOs. Told him the list was done and it is DOH. All the junior FJ folks are getting furloughed so the FO pilots can take their jobs.

You are so full of sh@t, that it isn't even funny.

Those that are actually friends, and I mean not the type of friends where we flew 1 leg together, I mean - true friends.

They wouldn't even dare say something to us like that. They all sign confidentiality agreements, and they are very careful on what they say for fear of something getting out that can ruin all the work that they are trying to accomplish.

Something like this would never be said by a Union MEC to someone.
and if it did
Tell me when and where, date and airport and I will personally call the VP of the Union, as I have his personal # and will straighten his as@ out for saying something like that, in that manner.

thats coming from the in house pilots..they been telling all kinda lies..that if we merge they automatically get cut to FO pay..As for TWA as I said in a previous post..Hes a dangerous dangerous man..guy has no respect for Rules and Regulations..He will fit in nicely on Riccis team of Stooges..And its Riccis team of Stooges not Flexs anymore..They have become is puppets and if they decide to go against one of his ideas they will be fired like the many before them. They no longer make decisions. there just the messengers of Riccis decisions..Carry on

Facts...facts...facts...they're hard to come by...which of course leads one into this delightful Draget truth-

Friday made famous the line "My name is Friday?I'm a cop," (the latter part later changed to "I carry a badge") said in the introductory narration of every TV episode. Supposedly, he also made the line, "Just the facts, ma'am," famous. In fact, what Friday actually said in an early episode is "All we want are the facts." Friday, as portrayed by Webb, never actually said the oft-repeated phrase. Indeed, it was more Stan Freberg's parodies of the Dragnet series that popularized the phrase.

Which then leads us to these gems I received today-

Early aircraft's throttles had a ball on the end of it, in order to go full throttle the pilot had to push the throttle all the way forward into the wall of the instrument panel. Hence "balls to the wall" for going very fast. And now you know, the rest of the story.

During WWII , U.S. airplanes were armed with belts of bullets which they would shoot during dogfights and on strafing runs. These belts were folded into the wing compartments that fed their machine guns. These belts measure 27 feet and contained hundreds of rounds of bullets. Often times, the pilots would return from their missions having expended all of their bullets on various targets. They would say, ?I gave them the whole nine yards?, meaning they used up all of their ammunition.

But the question is, has the 1108 become KR's white whale?

Here, then, was this grey-headed, ungodly old man, chasing with curses a Job?s whale round the world, at the head of a crew, too...

Such a crew, so officered, seemed specially picked and packed by some infernal fatality to help him to his monomaniac revenge.

1108 needs to start pounding the pavement or there gonna be voted out and everyone is gonna be screwed. Get moving 1108. Riccis way ahead in this battle.

I am not sure where you got that from. I guess this is once again union 101, discredit anyone that has a differing view. You don't know me from Adam. These are just wild a baseless accusations. I would be offended if I worried about your impression of me. I don't.

If you guys don't graduate above union 101 you guys are screwed.

It us really funny watching the 3-5 of you grasping at straws to a battle you have already lost. IBT national won't devote the kind of $$$$ you need girl this fight. I saw this with ALPA at the regionals. You pay dues and are promised equal representation, but once you start costing the mother IBT $$$ you will see just much of a red-headed step child you will become.

The union won't even allow the FO pilots on the One Sky social media. I think it would be great to have messages like thus with names so you can't hide behind a screen name and spew untruths.

Yes, the Union hacked into my computers and blocked the website.

What's the address, I will go right now and register.

That's what I thought, there isn't one.

When or if the list is merged there will be new fences that will protect each pilot group through Makaskill-Bond. I am sure we will protect the rights of our first officers to upgrade to Captain before any FO pilots are allowed to bid to the FJ side.

It truly saddens me that the junior pilot at FO has 13+ years seniority! but we are not going to allow that fact to hurt our pilots career expectations. And yes, that is part of McKaskill-Bond.
.

Why are you so worried about McCaskill-Bond and how the two pilot groups are going to be combined and about fences? Thats only for companies with unions.

If your desire of the union being voted out happens then it will be Kenn Ricci and his managers who will determine how the pilot lists are combined without any requirement to follow McCaskill-Bond or IBT methods.

Seniority lists only matter if there is a union, without one all decision of who crews what aircraft, vacations, pay will be managements to make without any input from the pilots if they desire. Sure you might have the opportunity to bid on an aircraft if there is a slot available but, if for example the company is over staffed in the Citation X but is getting some 350's wouldn't it be most cost effective to just transfer the excess CX pilots to the 350 without all the the extra training event cost of pilots bidding for the position and everyone moving up the food chain. In a non union company that is possible, under the current union contract it is not.

Actually there is. It is called Yammer and Flexjet has been training everyone else in your company how to be a part. It is a way that crews and departments in the office can communicate with each other, which from what I understand is not allowed by the IBT.
