I dunno none of that sounds legit. We've already hired some and it wasn't DOH. 16 day rotation is ridiculous and I don't see why we'd have to interview in order to get a lousy schedule.

It looks like the Flops pilots were given the same offer to interview for the Global positions. 3 captains per aircraft and you are based with the aircraft or a close drive to the aircraft.

Shanes, I wouldn't label those individuals as scumbags. Start with a "Me first" attitude, add in some incentive (SFO or we will support your in-house union later) and you end up with pilots willing to sell out other pilots for their own personal advancement. These pilots aren't even smart enough to realize they are being played. Calling them scumbags is being generous.

Funny how someone had to ask that they heard a rumor it was postponed for them to actually confirm it. Wondering when it was going to be communicated to us if no one had asked.

There is no thing such as communication at Flops. They brag about open door policy, but it's all just crap.

Can a Flex confirm;

1: Within 24 hrs of the official purchase, all of HR was fired - Now Flops HR is running.

2: Within 24 hrs of the official purchase, approx. 70% of Deanna White's duties were stripped from her - And they were given to Silvestro.

It is confirmed that a Flex 45 is being painted in Flops paint scheme with a blue strip instead.

NO

YES/NO She is running OPS Finance and Maint for both

They are calling it a play on FLOPS colors but similar scheme to ours. They are also putting in a 6 person interior to see how owners will like it.

KR lands another fatal blow to IBT.. They will be out the door before next contract is up for negations . MY PREDICTION..you can't win a war with no offense. or anything for that matter.

Somebody better stick some smelling sauce under there noses and try and get them up off the matt..the Ref is counting

What does SFO stand for again? I think I saw it defined somewhere but can't find it now...

Ah. I see someone thinks there's a high level of crossover between A&P's and cabin servers. That's how you bespoke a global suckaz.

After the sale I think DW has more responsibility, not less.

We've been told it's our scheme but different colors.

I've also been told it's not a Flight Options scheme or colors but the DAC branding. If DAC wants a brand and they don't want the pax to think they're flying on a Flight Options plane, come up with a new look!

Did you notice the pay for a capt? I believe it's less than a Flex Lear Capt. Makes you wonder if pay cuts are in the future for Flex pilots.

I'm not defending anything but the pay is comparable to 6/7 year LR Capt. pay.

Maybe they should posted a yearly pay scale then it might have looked a little more promising. As it is now, only FOs who are junior at Flex or the Options side are probably interested...and that's probably what KR is counting on.

According to the info provided you have to live close to where the aircraft is based. My bet is that TEB is a possible base location.

They'll base them close to customers needing travel to Europe or Asia. It'll be two coastal cities if I had to bet on it.
