Good pay bump but the lack of new domiciles SUCKS. Why you be hatin' the Left Coast???? I am sure that will be a bargaining chip when the union comes to power.

Looks like management REALLY doesn't want a union...

Keep in mind money isn't everything.

Well, it is based on 15.5 days BUT, we are still working 16; therfore, the pay is actually higher than is published. About $3,000 higher.

Sounds like there will be more opportunities for those who want to work less...7/7 for about 25 pilots initially, and eraly bid for those who want to work 17+ which should make it easier for crew planning to give others 15 or less when requested.

Good pay increase, but we still pay an astronomical amount for health insurance. The family plan is about $3000/yr in premiums plus a $5000 out of pocket cost per year. Just like the last "large" pay increase, we have to wait until May for it to take effect. Bases TBD, just like they have been TBD for the past year with only Denver opening up and Ontario closing. Nothing addressed about QOL issues. The current first day rules only apply if it is not a "peak day" or the day before or after one. This increase is just enough to try to stave off the union a little longer. Bottom line is there is still "no job security." Employment is on an "at will" basis, meaning you can be fired at anytime for whatever reason mgmt dreams up.

Wow, what a bump in pay! I am really really happy to hear that you all got that.

They really did step up in compensation for sure!

And a 100 percent match for up to 6% of your pay? That is also very nice. Compared to NJ that isn't bad at all...and to those at FJ that don't want to contribute much to their 401k it might actually work out better in terms of company match.

Also, if the upgrade holds true at around two years...they could make a lot more than a NJ FO for sure.

I am impressed and happy to hear it for you guys!

When does it start? Now or May?
