8/7 schedule = 192 days a yr - 2 weeks vaca.(16 days)=176 days a yr - any personal sick/pto days taken.

Cool, thanks, so we are working close to the same amount when all said and done. Wish we could get a 7/7 schedule and get vacation from there and get the days worked down to 182 and then you take vacation and sick days from the 182 number. That would be nice, maybe one day.
