Fedex Slowing Down Hiring?

What's going on with Fedex? Are they slowing down on there hiring? I haven't seen much on them lately. Did they stop running classes. I'm thinking of applying.

Took me 6 years to apply/interview/get hired.

I wouldn't let an opinion of slowing down hiring or not influence whether or not you apply.

Interviewing/sim testing is still on going as far as I can tell from the rumor mill. Folks who went through during the first week of Sep were being told to expect new hire class to be after the first of next year.

I would guess we are doing 0 new hire classes for the rest of this year (unless you were already in the pool and agreed to go to CGN, HKG, or ANC).

I think dudes interviewing/being hired now will likely be in the pool until sometime next year.

FedEx pretty much never does classes from Oct-Dec. They call it "peak" around here.

So those guys are are getting hired now have to wait 3 months for class. That's a mighty long time.

I guess I'll just state you clearly ain't familiar with the company's previous hiring practices if you think 3 months is a long time to be in the pool.....
