I assume that the FedEx contract has closed that loop hole, hence the whole problem with releasing the MOAB until every t has been crossed and i been dotted. Is that accurate?

Hence the delay....
4 of the guys in my group got their pool letter exactly 2 weeks after the interview, the other 2 of us got it at exactly 3 weeks. It's been all over the map in terms of timing. The shortest time I've heard was 2 weeks. The longest about 4 1/2 weeks.
