Back to the intent of the thread. I think it funny the line/ramp checks are categorized as "random", when there is a start date, a targeted carrier, and base.

That's the first thing check airmen ask for...most Feds ask for your license and medical. Unless the Fed is your POI, they have no idea what update/memo you are on.
