I would be willing to bet a large amount of money that John Dresser is probably sipping many martini's present day and laughing his @ss off.

Sad how things can go so downhill in only 7 years.

Time to restore respect to that hiring department, something they had when I completed the COEX/San Jac program quite some time ago.

Has the interview process at XJT changed? Last post on Aviationinterviews.com talkes about a couple of 2-on-1 interview instead of the 3-on-however many people on the room. Is Dawn still in charge of doing the interviews? I too was shut down but the reason I was given was that the light twin I fly (Be76) doesn't really count as a multiengine airplane (Huuuh??). I wasn't flying full time either, so I think THAT was the real reason, although she never said that. Another guy that only had Be76 time was hired soon after. Overall it was a great experience and Dawn was extremely friendly and professional.

I do not understand why they rather hire a fulltime 600-1 pilot than a P/T 1600-3 pilot. As long as you are flying on a regular basis it shouldn't matter that you are only flying P/T. They must be desperate for pilots...(600/1)

The hiring at Express has changed in the last 5 years. I remember flying with FO's with 500TT. Its sad if the stories are true about Dawn, I remember when she was hired which was NOT that long ago, she was a flight attendent before and am sure her multi time was not in anything more than a light twin.
