If you are a pilot there, you already did it once. You should not have to do it again. Complete and utter incompetence on their part should not continuously create more work for you. It's like that movie about the chick that can't remember (Adam Sandler). Every day he has to start at the first date and bring her up to speed on why they have a kid...

Speechless.......

The company cant account for any uncompensated flying you do on the side. I know some places forbid any CFIing on the side, but its highly possible to have hours from leisurely flying.

You guys whining about this are pathetic. You can't be asked to even update your own logbook now? Go get your ATP and the survey will take you 10 seconds. You don't want to do that either? Well the company is going to give you one for free. Pick one.

All you cry babies realize that you need to fill out an 8710 to receive an ATP right? Should the company be expected to keep your resume up to date as well, or do you think you can handle that?

Fair enough. How about this. The company requires pilots with this kind of time to report it. If you don't have any of that kind of flight time, you don't have to do anything because they can total your flight time from th info they already have.

... the company wants it done ASAP.

and so do I! The SLI is what I'm interested in ASAP... upgrades and bidding a different base. I'm guessing most pilots want it done ASAP too, all good all around and hopefully those rumors come true. (of why mgt wants it done ASAP)
