Anyone know what interviewers think of Crew Trac Flight Logs with a monthly summary to keep up with Total Times and General Aviation flying?

I can't bring myself to put 5,500 hours in a computer database - when you fly the ATR you get a lot of .5 and .7 entries - uugh!

Can I assume that you only print it out when you interview, and print out a new one every time you interview? Do you sign every page?

Yes I print out a new one every time as it only takes a minute or two. I use FlightLevel 2000 and when you print it out there is a signature line on the bottom of each page which I then sign. Nice and official like.

Where do you get the Jeppesen Green paper? I've looked a little bit, but I keep coming to the conclusion that I should just use white so I don't look rediculous by having the wrong mild forest green in my printed logbook.

Any printshop should have green paper close enough to make it look good. I think it's called "ledger green".

I printed mine out at Kinko's and binded them using a two-prong ledger binder. Kinko's has a green that looks exactly like logbook green. Tho if I had to do it again, I'd use the commercial checkbook idea.

What I used was good enough for SWA, which complimented me on it. We'll see if it gets me a job.

Uses US Letter paper in landscape format. Looks cool, no rings are used so it looks like a normal logbook. Cheaper than logbookpro's binders and paper.

I used LBPro, but I export the file to a pdf, have kinkos print it out on 11 x 14, three hole punch it, then bought a 3 ring 11 x 17 binder, this way I can easily update pages. http://www.amazon.com/Cardinal-Clea...2755372&sr=8-5&keywords=11+x+14+3+ring+binder

A copy shop binding is cheap and good but its hard to add pages to it. If you are willing to spend a little more, but about half the cost of LogbookPro's binders, check out Logbook Solutions.

Its leather, bound with screws, not rings, so that it looks like a normal logbook, and you can expand its size to add pages as needed. Looks pretty cool.

keep it simple, legal size white paper, three ring black binder. Looks great.
