Intresting that the duty credit goes away excepte for CDOs that that Neg Chair bids! Also they pay 150% on that credit for Jr Manns and extensions. So each month Ed and the most senior will have no trouble reaching the credit window and work less days but those who bid regular trips will have to work more for less pay. It's kinda how it's been but this will be much worse.

Did you see there is no buffer in the TLV and the min-max window? That means they can jam everyone in a very tight window to try to get everyone to 75 hours or what ever line value they want! it's advertised as a 15 or 20 hour window, but with no buffer it can be as littl as a 1-2 hour window? How you ask /...set the TLV to 75 the Max at 77 then everyone trips will have to add up to between 75 and 77 and it will bypass trips you can hold even if it adds up to 78 hours.....if you set 60 in the PCT the Co can ignore it or if they honor it and you get a 67 hour line you don't get MMG of 75. not just in a vacation month. Thats about 6 months a year you will be jammed to 65-70 and not get 75 hour MMG.

I heard they kicked the PWG out and the subject matter expert "danny" gave advice when he he could stay awake!

Ready for more....ALPA leave stays a 6 hours credit a day! When everyone else is at 75 hours or less they will still pull in 108-120 hours credit a month! Alos there is a list of 20 some odd guys that will be granted fulltime leave. Great we fly more get paid less and they take our dues and don't take a pay cut like the rest of us!

Who is 'danny'? The recruitment old fart former CP that all the old timers despise? Ed may benefit from CDOs but he may have to do 4 of 'em in a row too. As for that 6 hour union crap and up to 120 hrs credit a month, perhaps we need to introduce a resolution that union pay will not exceed 75 hours by a certain percentage, or something like that?

NO!

This TA is pure garbage.... But ed hardly took care of himself. CDO's are now 4 consecutive which we haven't had since George and John. And if you set your preference to less than window and get it, you don't get MMG any longer, so rest assured..... as a fellow napper to Ed, our scheduling language, pay and QOL has been gutted just like everyone else.

How do you all like that the vaction low MMG is 65 hours but XJT MMG is 75 hours with dropping of conflicting trips? Also for 2-3 years they get to keep their retirement and pay lower Ins? I thought this was suppose to be a joint contract where we are all one big happy group one list one CBA? ALPA has failed and legal action for fair representation needs to be explored!

Much of this was driven by Newies' quest to be the supreme MEC chair forever. He has gone to great lenghts to cater to the XJT MEC in hopes of being in the ALPA office with all the power for the rest of his career! I mean who wouldn't, getting over 100 hours credit every month and and showing up for work 4 days a week at 11am and taking every on the MEC out for steak on your dime?

Don't forget our 401K match is going down.

Yup. And they get paid by brake release/door open whereas ASA will get paid by aircraft movement.

Who's to say CrewTrac won't block us in when we stop at the roadway. How will that be reconciled?

Company has real-time down-to-the-foot tracking screen uplink at big airports. Since they are the "issue" airports where it makes a difference, it's ultra trackable. Go up to the OCC and see for yourself.

How is ED F ever going to get this passed the 200 FOs that hate his guts? I think there are only 7 FOs that DON'T have ED on their No FLY List! How did this control freak ever get put in charge of a committee that is suppose to represent all pilots! Many are just voting No because his name is on it. I can't wait to see him try to lecture everyone at the roadshows!
