As of right now.
The big safety guru at my place of employment swears that the Feds are going to change this when the 135 re-write comes out. Supposedly, it'll be 4 days off per month and they must be prospective in nature (not a look back). I'll believe it when I see it but even if this becomes reality it'still leaves operators with much wiggle room because I doubt it will stipulate how much notice must be given for the time off and how the days must be given. (eg. all in a row or 1/week etc)
