It's illegal to drive planes drunk. That sounds like a decision to me.
You obviously have not a clue about the disease. If it were only that easy.
Not when you think you are sober and in effect have lost the ability to tell the difference.

He must have been on a real bender the night before to register over the limit early in the afternoon. What's the rule, one hour for one ounce to get it out of your system? He must have finished around midnight with almost a pint in his system.
