Anyone know how to check road conditions driving through the Rockies on I-70?

I've checked the interstate forecast on weather.com but that doesn't tell me road conditions..

Check the Department of Transportation web site for each state your going through. They usually have pretty good info on the roads.

Thanks for the info!!

I'm heading out from LAS to start training with Comair.. It's going to be either I-40 or I-70...

Goos luck with Comair chperplt, looks like I-70 should be good through friday when the next storm will come through. Its a real scenic route to, I'd take I-70.

With all the good info posted here for checking ahead....you have certainly found a way to manage the risk/reward factor. And as a long time resident of Colorado...I would STRONGLY advise taking I-70. Nothing else compares. You owe it to yourself.
