Does Flex pay as well as NetJets

Of course at flex we dont ever have to worry about flying a citation. That in and of itself is worth at least 30%

How does it work at the various fractionals for travel days? Meaning, when you look at the schedules such as 7 on 7 off, or 12 day schedule, do all the companies travel you on a "work" day? Or do some travel you on off days?

Also, other than NetJets, do any of the other contracts pay you if the company doesn't get you home by a certain time on your last day?

is it straight overtime, or do they offer a penalty like NetJets pays 3 extra days of pay if they don't get you home before midnight on your last day.

no penalty (that part sucks) which makes my qol cost less than a charter.... you are paid hourly ot and daily ot after midnight.

exp: you take a hotel out of domicile or get to your car in domicile at 2:00am... you would be paid hourly ot for all time after 12 hours untill 2:00am and an extra day of pay at the daily ot rate for not getting home by midnight.
