Delta is and will be a good place to work and get hired.

Retirements are coming and there will be a lot of opportunity for young pilots with Delta.

Amen

Delta is manuevering to counter SWA's use of Volaris.

This may come as a shock, but not everyone quakes in their boots with regard to SWA.

AeroMexico has been part of our alliance for quite some time. They have fallen on hard times, as has much of Mexico, and it is in our best interest to help them out, as we will be helped out by doing so. There is money to be made down there. End of story.

No doubt it will be Airbus. Deal is probably already done. Just waiting to be announced.

An order was inevitable from the moment M.F. and his entire Boeing-centric department were shown the door in the NW takeover at the G.O.

For a Northie, who is MF?

He was (I forget his title- Director/ Manager/ VP ??) of Fleet Planning and Acquisitions for a couple of decades. Very much old Delta, as were most of his people. Breathed, sweated and bled widgets.
