I am sorry that you are a flaming little excuse of a human being...you might be "just the messenger"...but you should stick to your little beechcraft 400A world...and leave the airline biz to those of us that have made it that far... not to belittle the corporate world, I had 3,000 hours there before I made it to Delta...just don't let your obvious envy of those who have left you behind cause you to make an #ss out of yourself...
Good Day my shallow and empty friend!
So, chuck, einsteinl, lawman or whatever name you're using this week....http://www.deltareallysucks.com/ind...ta-employee-you-most-recently-interacted-with
Over 75 percent of the folks polled from the above link thought Delta employees were rude, nasty, didn't care, gay or flaming gay.
Don't shoot me I'm just the messenger.
So, chuck, einsteinl, lawman or whatever name you're using this week....
As a gay guy yourself, how do you feel? There you go with those names again
Midwest???Is that what you tell your man love?
That Midwest furlough must be killing you! Just don't quit your day job at Wendy's.
Profits should start to kick in when the alabatros of a bloated RJ fleet is trimmed down. Word is DAL will be dumping a hundred more RJs.

Delta said it would continue to "right size" capacity and keep unit costs in check, but it reiterated that it may need to cut more jobs.
Not looking to good.
Midwest???
How does it feel to be in 2nd place behind Airtrash in Atl??
....sounds like you will enjoy it when more people lose their job.....Hell of "brotherhood" here at ALPA....Every man for themselves should be our motto....

Well, I think we have right now been taking delivery of the [76-seat] regional RJ as we’ve grounded some of the older DC930s. That is largely complete and we will not be taking any delivery of any additional 76-seat RJs as we move into the future. So that trade-off from the older DC9s into the two class regional jets is pretty much complete at this point.
This is due to current scope restrictions--at this point!

And I would add to that that actually the trend will probably start going the other way as we begin having a number of regional jet retirements that start commencing -- some have commenced and we’ll have more next year so you’ll actually see the 50-seat jet count at Delta continue to decline
This is not new news. At some point, 76 regional jets will replace the 50 seat jets. It's all part of the right-sizing program that will begin within the next 2 years.
Sorry, but DAL has an airline to run, and there are far too many RJs for the business plan.
Is 3000 hours suppose to be impressive?

Heck you should hear the guys that have been here 20 years muddle to themselves as they taxi a 767 past an RJ. They are finally getting it. The scope slide has finally started to reverse course.
