The suit is about representation.
Wrong, but we always expect that from spinners such as yourself, JB (or is it joe merchant), N2246J and the likes... The lawsuit is about GREED, always has been and always will be. If it was about DFR, then in the origional lawsuit, why the ludicrous amount of $$ sought!
ALPA has taken action to stop us from doing so. The letters and documentation are posted on the RJDC we site. ALPA also has jerrymandered the Executive Board and Constitution and Bylaws to offer some members a preferred status over other members.
Spun to your content no doubt! Answer this, how many lec/mec meetings have you attended? Have you tried anything other than this frivilous lawsuit? Probably not, but your pathetic circle jerk of friends over at the rjdc promised all you morons you'd all be 777 captains with $$millions in your pockets! Easy way out! You go, keep sending your checks to Haber, he's laughing at you idiots all the way to the bank!
I believe a union should bring employees together to negotiate their wages and working conditions. ALPA has set its course to divide employees and empower one MEC to enter into predatory negotiations to take from other ALPA members.
I agree with the first sentence, but then you got on your soap box again. One thing you have a real hard time understanding: If it is DL flying, then it is subject to the Delta Pilots' PWA. What you should be worrying about is a little scope protection of your own.
By the way, does anyone have the ALPA flyers that the Delta pilots have been passing out against small jets saying ALPA does not want regional carriers flying Delta passengers. I've been hearing reports, but I would like my very own copy of my union funded effort to harm my profession.
Wow you pukes get more pathetic every day. There are no such flyers, but hey, if the rjdc said it, then it must be true then! You really are getting desparate hun fins? And the only people harming the profession are bozo's such as yourself trying to destroy this profession. If (and you won't be) you were successful in eliminating scope, kiss this lousy profession goodbye. Its already in the toilet, you just want to make sure it stays there!
Regional pilots do not bid on anything. But we would like equal access to ALPA's representational tools, like scope, so we can try to stop the race for the bottom.
With your managment types doing the RFP's then you have issues with them not ALPA.
By the way, I was joking in my post about Haber, but 737pilot is humorless. At least I got something from my "relationship" with Delta. I had my Delta shirt on today (that they gave me for working on Ship 41 years ago) and walked into a store looking for a watch battery. They changed the battery in my dive watch and said, "no charge, we hope things work out for you over there." 737 Pilot can surely see the irony in the proudest and most highly paid pilots on planet earth now being pitied by employees at discount stores.

I find it funny that you hate everything about the DL mainline pilots, yet you don't mind passing yourself off as one. Let me guess, on your way to the airport, you stop in the fast food store in your uniform as well, and tell all the chicks you're a "Delta pilot." Congrats, besides being in the loser category, you now fall into the "dork" category as well!
So how has your MEC changed. Is getting more radical and doing the same thing with more vigor the answer?
New leadership. We'll see....You should be more worried about the paycuts that SKYW management is trying to force on your pilot group after 3 years of negotiations for a pay raise. I still can't understand why people like you are so obsessed with what goes on on OUR campus when you have bigger fish to fry. All you are doing with your rjdc BS is causing a distraction where it doesn't need to be!
