I often commute on Delta, and the crews have always been professional and courteous. There are, however, dumbasses in every operation. Sounds like your buddy had the misfortune of running into one. A true professional would have looked him in the eye and explained why he couldn't (or wouldn't) extend the basic courtesy of a ride.

As another Citrus pilot said . . . shake it off and come on down to Gate 6. . . . and if you're going home, take off those epaulets and wings and avail yourself of that AirTran hospitality.

Hey Ty? Were you on my airplane the other day to CLT. It was the repo flight we had to do back to CLT and had 9 Airtran folks and 2 ASA folks. Just curious.

F/A's had a blast with ya'll.

Not guilty . . . . . but I know a lot of CLT commuters . . . some of them are real characters . . . . .sounds like a good time was had by all . . . .
 
I heard that you must always DEPLOY! at PNS.
