Consequences of saying "no"?

You career is more important than your job.

Not that we have much of a choice these days, but if you have an opportunity, fly for a carrier that has a JSAP program and use it every time you feel you are being "pushed." The Feds take notice.
 
Can you post a link that explains the JSAP program, and how to identify such a participating carrier?
 
I don't know of a list. ACA has a JSAP program, so does United and Spirit, although under different acronyms.

All three parties (ALPA, Mngmt, FAA) are extremely happy with the program (and you can't say that very often.)

Of course, at first management was a little uneasy given the fact that they couldn't hang a pilot out to dry with an anonymous report, but they soon realized it has a positive impact on overall safety.
 
Well, just an update.. I've opted to leave my job, just decided that it wasn't a good situation for the amount of flying I was doing.

So, heading out to california, gonna get my CFI, try and find a job and pass on the wisdom that I've gained from my experience as well as the posts here.
