Why the hostility? Just a simple question was asked. Peace Bro.

I certainly did not mean to sound rude. I was just pointing out the error. And for good reason. Good luck in your job hunt.

What was the method you used to submit your resume? How long was it from the time you sent your resume in till you received a call?

Hey Humphrey!

How DARE you go back to the original thread topic!

We were discussing whether it's appropriate, rude or obnoxious to correct someone's spelling of the company's name.

Go ask relevant questions on someone else's thread!

I don't believe it, guys/gals...chill......he was simply pointing out a fairly common mistake.........I read it as a friendly piece of info......it you can't take a piece of criticism as small as the spelling of a company...maybe you should find a different job.....not that the original poster had a problem with the correction....it's all those stressed out people who replyed concerning the spelling correction........

You guys need to RELAX! How about answering some of the original questions in the thread. :D :p ;)

Oh, the original post.....cool on you......the call is a good thing, no worries.....I'll see you on the line.....

Its OK everyone. It's the way the company wants it, then it's the way we spell it. I am happy I was corrected sooner then later.

Humphry,
I submitted 3 weeks ago by fax, and the call back was on Friday.

Good Luck!
