I think he meant to say...
Great. Now Pinnacle Corp can pay more Saab pilots to sit at home for months and months on paid vacation until it's time to spend $xx,xxx to retrain them on the CR2, while 9E FO's with more years of service and who know the aircraft much much better waste away. Might as well add another 5% pay cut to pay for all of that too.
What a quagmire........................!
Tell ya what I've learned so far on this thread- that I'm happy I haven't gone to the CRJ yet. The attitudes some of you "legacy" PNCL people have on here is ridiculous and childish.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ik9iT-_mJP4While you bicker and infight about scraps, whos flying what etc, you company is choking on the upper decker that I left in Memphis before i resigned.
I don't think Pinnacle's training dept. has anything to be proud of either if you look at their track record...BOTH airlines are equally lousy....
keep up the good work boys. While you bicker and infight about scraps, whos flying what etc, you company is choking on the upper decker that I left in Memphis before i resigned. So carry on as always while my boy Shockey and i cruise Memphis in our Aston Martins and eat sushi boats off of the naked stomachs of thai hookers. My golden parachute is counting on you..

It's probably good you didn't come to the jet yet, considering the astronomical failure rate the Saab people are having lately.
The previous class that I'm aware of lost 5 out of 11, mostly in the sim and OE.

I am pretty sure I would have been fired from my instructing job if I could only get half of my students through.

sounds like a problem with the training dept itself. from what I understand there is a one size fits all mentality there. they have been upgrading buys with3-4000 hours in the jet for the past 10 years and are expecting guys who have never flown the aircraft to be on that level.
if 5 out of 11 guys are not making it through testing then obviously the training is not preparing them for the testing.
