Those of us that are not worthy salute you and local 513! Well done! You deserve a Battle Star! ...well at least in the same spirit!SkyWench said:I Am So Proud Of Our Union Group.....full Pay Till The Last Day!
skyslug said:Just because the judge ruled the company could not throw out the contract doesn't mean negotiations will stop. They will continue and I suspect that an agreement will be made between both sides. Just a hunch...may be a bad hunch but a hunch none the less.

As to when the raise shows up on my paycheck...let's see what ALPA can do (not optimistic).

imacdog said:That is correct, pilots have been on the current pay scale and will continue to be until the FAs sign an agreement with the company.

Thanks for thinking of us, but we're called ExpressJet. I highly doubt you'll see us anywhere near Delta country. Remember, we're the second highest costing regional...whatever that implies.bvt1151 said:Congratulations to Chautauqua, Skywest, ASA, Mesa, and perhaps Coex.
Comair sure was a nice place to work.

Who would have thought the CMR pilots would be playing Brokeback Mountain with Fred, while the FA's play Mission Impossible.
Way to go girls for standing your ground. What will Mr. Lawson do now?
Another big black eye for ALPA!
