Stepping down from your little soap box and taking a closer look at the entire Clipper 103 trial, you'd see that there are a few irregularities, there's a good article about it here.

Screaming foul play and sounding tough doesn't do the victims of flight 103 any good. It would be nice to think more and prevent this Sheit in the first place!
