Guys, CLA is an aircraft management company and last I checked on only owned a couple of Lears. When aircraft come on certificate a majority of the time they come with a crew.

Anyone know latest pay range at Clay Lacy at VNY for large cabin jets (both Capt & FO starting salaries)? Realistic salary range will do.

And yes, we all know CL was a United scab... Please no commentary about that. Just getting numbers for an experienced buddy who lives in SoCal who is looking.

Everyone talks about the scab issue which I agree is very objectionable. CL is a classic scab and he can't shake that regardless of his aviation business success. But my buddy who is checking into them notes they now manage something like 35 Gulfstreams with 100+ pilots. Not a small-fry operation!

I guess no CL pilots are interested in sharing any intel on salaries/benefits. Not even one PM...
