More like McDonalds versus Burger King. Stand up for yourselfs you guys. I have not problem with the pilots of either of these two airlines I do have a problem with management. As I hope to soon be a member of the regional airline pilot force I sure hope this doesn't continue. Both these pilot forces need to get just pay. It starts with the pilots at both these airlines. It will surely help and be greatful for people like myself who hope to enter.

Not Mesa or CHQ bashing. Just wanting better for us all.

Look at your choice for employment...

that will be 5 plus years at that airline, minimum.
Dont have the attitude of I'll be there for 2 or 3 years and get hired by the majors.

Never know if you made the right decision til you turn 60.

Do know some guys in the J4J deal at both CHQ and Mesa.
At CHQ they say it sucks but still fly there as Captains.
At Mesa the majority quit while in training as Captains because of how Mesa operates.

Mesa reserve min days off = 8

Pick what you want, but choose wisely young skywalker

are you kidding me? why would you even consider MESA? Do you like getting it from behind....if you go to MESA prepare to bend over cause J.O. has a ten foot pecker and all the MESA pilots are his pecking hole......Its ok though cause on the first day of ground school MESA gives everyone KY Jelly and KoolAid to drink....However av8tor80 you already know what I think about MESA so i doubt this is news for you.....Oh wait nevermind go to MESA you can be a 737 FO for 20 and hour.....woo hooo........
