Not a terrible place to get your start at all! You won't get rich, or even be able to pay your bills sometimes, but you will get some good stick time and it will help you down the road. I know that is not what you asked, but I figured chiming in with a vote confidence for CASW wouldn't hurt.

The only time in my life so far where I have truly felt like a pilot.

I worked for CASW back in 2005 and would do it again if I had too. Not a bad place.

Work during the week, weekends off. Was $1,500 back in 2005, I guess now you start at $2,000 for first 3 months, then $2,400.

That is before taxes mind you, and before any benefits. Just something to take into consideration.

Besides that I concur with everything said above.

"Keep your head out of your bo bo.' JT

To this day it is only because of JT that I respect a clean strut.

Dispatch/main office was in a dingy hangar at MKC. When I was there it was just a couple people doing the "dispatch." Its not that big of an operation...

Hey, if ya can taxi those things without spilling that proverbial coffee, more power to you!!!!
I remember making more $$ washing/waxing the engine cowls than flying, gotta love CASW.

Sounds like the OLD Central Air Charter of the 70's and 80's---those Commanders must have 20,000 hours on them by now. Good luck and happy flying!
