Not a terrible place to get your start at all! You won't get rich, or even be able to pay your bills sometimes, but you will get some good stick time and it will help you down the road. I know that is not what you asked, but I figured chiming in with a vote confidence for CASW wouldn't hurt.

I worked for CASW back in 2005 and would do it again if I had too. Not a bad place.
 
Did JT equip the Commodes with Garmin 396s now? I heard a rumor.. if so that would be sweet!
 
What is realistic take-home pay and what is the schedule like?
 
Work during the week, weekends off. Was $1,500 back in 2005, I guess now you start at $2,000 for first 3 months, then $2,400.
