correction: if it's an employee you just fire them, if its a manager you give him a golden chute and promote him.

Correction: If its a union employee you skip the firing process and go straight to the golden parachute process. You just keep paying them forever and all they do is collect paychecks while doing nothing.

You're a union member. Of course you've been lied to.

The difference between a union member and a non-union member is that a union member doesn't realize he's been lied to. The non-union member recognizes it right away.
